I’m an Engineering Manager and hands-on software engineer with 10 years of experience building mobile and web products, including 8 years in iOS development and 2+ years in frontend and backend web systems.

My career spans both technical leadership and deep execution. I’ve led cross-functional teams, mentored engineers through growth and career planning, and driven complex projects to delivery, while staying actively involved in system design, architectural decisions, and hands-on development.

At Vimeo, I led engineering teams working on large-scale video editing products across iOS and web. My work combined people leadership with technical ownership: aligning teams around roadmaps, navigating changing requirements, coordinating across time zones, and making system-level trade-offs under real business constraints. I care deeply about building healthy team cultures that balance high standards with sustainable pace.

Alongside leadership roles, I continue to build production systems end-to-end. Most recently, I designed and delivered a full-stack platform for a company providing on-site risk assessment services for insurance providers, owning everything from product definition and UX to backend architecture, frontend implementation, internationalization (RTL/LTR), and mobile-first design.
